Frank is a US Navy veteran and earned a BSEE from Northeastern University. Frank has had an over 50 year career as a Computer Systems Engineer, starting as an intern and then moving up to Apprentice, Technician, Engineer, Senior Engineer, Manager and finally to VP. Frank Has worked for companies such as Schlumberger and Intel as well as several startups. Frank was an early pioneer with proactive monitoring systems and build many of the Network Operations Centers (NOC) in the Pacific Northwest including Boeing, Portland General Electric, Freightliner and Kaiser Permanente. Frank was also the founder and CEO of Vigilance Monitoring Inc.
The latter half of Frank’s career has been spent as an IT Contract Consultant working on high risk, high budget, high visibility projects where failure was not an option. Now mostly retired (sort of) Frank seems to be busier now than he ever was during his prime working years.
A personal note: I’m delighted to be part of the TruIntegrity Team, taking care of all computing, database, networking and data security concerns for the company.
